The officers of the Association of Negros Occidental Food Processors Inc. took their oaths of office before Governor Eugenio Jose Lacson at the Provincial Capitol Social Hall in Bacolod City yesterday.

The officers are Nannete Agudo Thiel of Nanette’s Processed and Agri Products as president, Arvin Chua of Foodman – vice president, Rhea Cervana of D’jhor Bakeshop – secretary, Elizabeth Mondejar of Alter Trade Food Products – assistant secretary, Rosita Sarmiento of Ting Ting’s Food Products – treasurer, Gles Diaz of GD Mom’s Kitchen – auditor, Catherine Mary Manaloto of CM Ereñeta Manaloto Food Products – PIO, and Agnes Cuenca of Quan’s Delicacies, Cecilia Plotena of Clara’s Food Products, and Judith Laumone of JDL Nachos Factory as members of the Board of Directors, with Elsie Gonzaga of ELG Gourmet Food as immediate past president.

The officers will serve from 2021 to 2023, a press release from the Capitol said.

Department of Trade and Industry 6 regional director Rebecca Rascon, and Department of Science and Technology 6 assistant regional director, Emmelyn Flores, witnessed the oath-taking ceremony via Zoom, and gave inspirational messages.

Provincial consultant Albee Benitez was also present at the activity, the press release added.*
