Policemen arrested three drug suspects, including a woman, in separate buy-bust operations on March 3 in cities of Silay and Kabankalan, Negros Occidental, which yielded about P34,000 worth of suspected shabu.
Nabbed during a buy-bust operation in Brgy. Talubangi, Kabankalan City, were Romulo Dulla Jr. and Joseph Arnan Vingno.
The apprehension of Dulla and Vingno yielded about three grams of suspected shabu, with a market value of P20,400, P100 in marked money, assorted drug paraphernalia, P605 in cash, a cellular phone and a Kawasaki Bajaj motorcycle, police said. Another buy-bust operation in Brgy. Rizal, Silay, also led to the arrest of Mary Ann Bitoon, 38, which also yielded about two grams of suspected shabu, with a market value of P13,600, P500 in marked money and assorted drug paraphernalia, police also said.*
