Leo Rey Yanson (LRY) was reelected president and chairman of the board of Countryside Food Resources Corp. during the annual meeting of stockholders at its principal office in Brgy. Mansilingan, Bacolod City, yesterday.
Before his reelection, LRY, his mother, Olivia, sister Ginnette Dumancas and her husband, Charles, Anita Chua, Arvin John Villaruel, Rey Ardo, and Daniel Nicolas Golez held an organizational meeting, where they were reelected members of the CFRC board of directors, a press release from his camp said.
Olivia was also reappointed CFRC corporate secretary and treasurer. Despite due notice, stockholders Roy Yanson, Emily Yanson, Ma. Lourdes Celina Yanson-Lopez, and Ricardo Yanson Jr. were absent, the press released added.*
