PLt. Col. Arthur Baybayan is the new police chief of Talisay City Police Station in Negros Occidental.
Baybayan replaced PMaj. Jigger Gimeno on February 24 with a turnover of command ceremony presided over by PCol. Leo Pamittan, provincial police director of Negros Occidental, at Camp Alfredo Montelibano Sr.in Bacolod City.
Gimeno was designated as the new chief of the Provincial Community Affairs Development Unit, where Baybayan used to be its head.
Pamittan assured support to Baybayan and Gimeno in their new positions.*
