Two decomposing bodies were discovered yesterday inside a box culvert in Hacienda Sayson, Brgy. Felisa, Bacolod City.
Initial investigations by the Police Station 10 revealed that one victim was found at the entrance of a box culvert, while the other one, who was wrapped in sack, was discovered inside the culvert.
Police probers are still in the process of identifying the two victims.*
