The second molecular laboratory of the provincial government of Negros Occidental will be operational soon in Valladolid town.
This was after the provincial government-run Valladolid District Hospital molecular laboratory received a 100 percent passing rate from the Department of Health.
It will start to function after the DOH issued a license to operate, the Capitol posted on its Facebook account.
At present, all the Covid-19 swab test results are forwarded to the Teresita Lopez Jalandoni Provincial Hospital in Silay City. The Valladolid molecular lab is expected to conduct 1,000 Covid-19 tests per day.*
