A two-storey house in Purok Kahirup A, Brgy. Mansilingan, Bacolod City was destroyed by a fire that lasted for more than an hour Saturday.
The Bureau of Fire Protection-Bacolod reported that the fire started at about 4:51 p.m. from the bedroom of Roberto and Melba Cayetano at the second floor of their house was placed under control at about 5:20 p.m. The damage caused by the fire was estimated at P750,000.
Ulysis Tamises Tagle was reportedly injured in the incident. The BFP is now investigating the cause of fire.*
