The Negros Occidental Police Provincial Office is also fielding 181 police personnel to secure the Panaad sites.
“We will give the people of Bacolod and Negrenses a good show, our new and first MassKara sa Panaad,” Diaz said.
There will be also a food parade to showcase various delicacies, he said, adding that it will be offered by the different local government units in their respective pavilions, at affordable prices.
The different tourism officers, representatives of the Philippine National Police, Philippine Army, Bureau of Fire and Protection, Bacolod Traffic Authority, and Emergency Response teams, yesterday met to discuss preparations for the event.
All hands on deck for the nearing MassKara sa Panaad, Diaz declared.
