Provincial Tourism Officer Cheryl Decena has been designated as Executive and Festival director of the Panaad sa Negros Festival 2023, based on the Executive Order issued by Gov. Eugenio Jose Lacson.
In order to ensure the smooth and successful implementation of the annual even dubbed as the “Festival of all Festivals,” Lacson said there is a need to amend the different committees that will facilitate the overall planning, implementation, coordination, supervision of various programs and events.
The Panaad sa Negros festival will be held from April 17 to 23 this year.
Engr. Jose Ma. Amogod was also designated Logistics head.*
