The Mambukal Resort and Wildlife Sanctuary will be reopened to the public after the Holy Week, according to Gov. Eugenio Jose Lacson.
But Lacson said it will only cater “day guests”, adding that the repairs are still ongoing.
We have to ensure that the electrical system of the facility will be in place already,” he added.
Lacson also said that they will invite popular café’s to put up inside the resort.
The resort was closed for repairs after it was hit by Typhoon Odette in December last year.
Lacson also said that there will be some minor adjustments to the resort rates.
As to the operationalization of the resort hotel, he said it was not discussed yet.*
