The Hinigaran Police Station and the 2nd Negros Occidental Provincial Mobile Force Company have new commanders, effective yesterday.
P/Maj. Jake Barila is back as officer-in-charge of the Hinigaran Police Station, replacing Maj. John Ganzon.
P/Lt. Col. Ariel Artillero also replaced P/Lt. Col. Ryan Manongdo as commander of the 2NOCPMFC.
Col. Romy Palgue, provincial police director of Negros Occidental, presided over the twin change of command ceremonies at Camp Alfredo Montelibano Sr. in Bacolod City yesterday. “I pray that as you go on, you will continue to grow with your personnel,” Palgue told Barila and Artillero.*
