The Securities and Exchange Commission-Bacolod Extension Office will have new working hours starting today following the modified enhanced community quarantine status implemented in the city, its information officer, Clyde Padilla, said yesterday.
She said their new work hours will be from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday to Thursday. She added that every Friday, the office is being disinfected and drop boxes are provided outside for reports and documents that will be submitted.
She said they will adopt the new schedule until the MECQ status is lifted.
She added that they will cooperate and support the National Inter-Agency Task Force and the local government’s initiatives to flatten the curve and prevent the rising number of Covid transmission.
The MECQ status of Bacolod is until September 30.
Meanwhile, Padilla said that SEC Bacolod will continue to serve the public and its clients by strictly imposing safety health protocols at its office premises.
They also answer queries and requests through its hotlines and email addresses, she said.
For questions and complaints, clients are urged to email secbacolod2018@gmail.com or sec.bcdextension@gmail.com, or call the SEC hotlines at 09274057973, 09616035772, 09988412004, 445-5714, or 445-5713 during office hours.*
